However, sometimes we may modify our hours or may have special events on days where we'd normally have open play. We keep a calendar on our website, IG, and Facebook that has our projected schedule and upcoming events.

We've thoughtfully designed our membership prices to make the playground more affordable to those that expect to frequent it often. In addition to cost savings, you can expect:

Extended Hours Access (6-8AM Most Monday-Saturdays and access on most major holidays where we'd otherwise typically be closed to the general public.

Unlimited access during our hours of operation (please still reserve your times online)

1. Go to playground42.com/play and choose what type of visit you'd like to purchase (open play, membership, or private event)
2. Purchase your visit and book a time
3. Our system should automatically send you a confirmation and instructions to download Brivo (your keyless pass)
4. Show up at your reserved time, and when you're within 2 feet of our front door, press "tap to unlock nearest door" in the Brivo app.
5. The door should then open! You have full access to leave and come back in as many times as you want during he window you booked. When the time of your booking has passed, access will be revoked until you book your next visit.

No, at this time we do not. We would like to integrate this capability in the future.
Right now, you are required to supervise your own child(ren) while at Playground42. However, please remember adults are free so you're welcome to bring a babysitter if you'd like!
Unfortunately we do not have private offices. This is certainly a long-term goal of ours. A more short-term goal for our current space is to invest in a small sound-proof booth. Either or both of these could be possible with your ongoing support and patronage.
Currently, our casual co-working space is shared. We do, however, have a private nursing/sensory room that you're welcome to use as needed (but please give nursing/pumping individuals first priority).
Our Playground is geared towards mostly children aged 0-7 and their parents/caregivers.
However, if you and your older child would like to come here, that is certainly fine by us. Just be aware that they may not use playground equipment due to weight limitations. They're welcome to use our Magna-tiles, read books, play board games, or bring a device and just hang out.

We are a for-profit business but are committed to giving back. We have a (non-tax deductible) donation link called the Pay it Forward Fund. This is a totally optional fund that anyone can donate to in order to help struggling individuals gain access to Playground42. We use 100% of these donations to help others. In addition to passing it on in the form of access to P42, we may also use some of these funds to give items to children in foster care such as duffle bags or suitcases. Sure! The facility is mostly catered to kids aged 0-7 and their parents, but you're welcome to bring along your older kids. We just ask that all minors be supervised for liability reasons.

We do! You can reserve the entire playground for Birthday parties, graduation parties, family-friendly work events, or other private events. You get the whole facility! Please note that we do not help decorate or supervise these events. You may come 30 minutes early to set up events and they must be cleaned up by the end of your reservation. No, neither. But you can bring whatever food and decorations you'd like, and you get 30 minutes ahead of your reservation to come decorate. You'll be required to supervise your own party and sign a waiver.
Unfortunately we do not offer military discounts at this time. However, we may offer you special deals or discounted/free entry during special events or on certain holidays (e.g., Veterans Day) so keep an eye out for those!
There is a QR code near the retail items that you may scan to gain access to the payment system or you can just go to playground42.com/selfservice
If you encounter any issues paying using the above method, please call or text us to let us know what item(s) you took and we'll help you pay it using a different method.
No! You could come all day everyday during our open hours if you'd like! Just please book your visits first so we can ensure we account for you due to our capacity limits.
No, but we have a few monitors you can hook your laptop into if you need multiple screens. We also have free wifi.
Yes! Bring food, drinks, whatever you need to work, workout, etc. (within reason).
Please refer to our waiver for banned items. Also please be cognizant of other people's possible allergies. If you would think twice about bringing it into an office or your kid's daycare, then maybe don't bring that thing to Playground42.
On the flip side of this, if you or your child(ren) have allergies there's a very high chance you may be exposed to those allergens at Playground42. Please use sound judgment and be aware that you are liable for any of your own emergencies that may take place at the playground. We have a nursing/sensory room on site that, if available, you may use. However, please give nursing/pumping individuals first priority and don't monopolize the space. Please be a thoughtful, courteous member of our little village.
Yes, while booking your visit(s) you will be prompted with a question about this. Please provide the required information and we will issue them a pass. Every adult that visits the playground must have a waiver on file. This includes for private events. This is not optional. If you do not fill out a waiver, we will revoke your access without refund. Please refer your guests to Playground42.com/waiver in order to complete this. The person booking in our system is automatically prompted to complete a waiver at the time of booking.
No, you must book an appointment. Our door is locked and only those with keyless passes may get in.
While we will have a QR code on the door to purchase a ticket, we cannot make any guarantees there will be available space for you to get inside after you pay if you just show up. Additionally, f you'd rather not juggle your kid(s) while trying to pay and get your pass, we'd very highly recommend just paying and booking ahead of time so that you can just walk up to the door and use Brivo to let yourself right in without hassle.

Yes, anybody that enters the play area must have socks. If you've forgotten them, we have some for sale in the facility.
